Love the lomo and their maracuya drink. My boyfriend discovered a newfound love with their pisco drinks. Great ambience and the first two times we went, our waitress was great. She was fast with everything and very nice.

My husband took me to this spot and I got to say that it totally made up for me missing my moms home cooking. The soup was so tasty and made me feel all warm inside ha. The portions size is huge totally can share my kids enjoyed every singe bite . By the time they finished the food all that was left were the bones, poor little pollo . My little family enjoyed this place, friendly environment delicious food.

Stunning quality food! The pairings are unquestionably well done! The waitress and hostess were polite and efficient. It seemed that the food took a little longer than expected at first but once the plates landed we were blown away by the presentation and quality of what was placed before us!

We started off with the free house garlic bread which includes two dips that are both mildly spicy at the least (but I love heat so mild to me might be medium-high to others!). Crunchy, simple, delicious.

Since it was happy hour we also got an appetizer of the Empanadas. They came with a nice dip and were juicy on the inside but toasty on the outside, they were a perfect size for my fiancee and I (plate included 2 empanadas total, about the size of an adult palm).

Our entrees included the Seco de Carne, a sort of Pot Roast like dish with white rice and beans. Other than being salty there was no complaint. The broth and vegetable choices blended well with the tender fall-apart-in-your-mouth beef. The other entree was the Tacu Tacu a lo Pobre of which I cannot complain at all, its a delicious skirt steak over rice with a fried egg accompanying it. The plantains were lightly fried to perfection offering a sweet counterpart to the savory dish!

Happy Hour pricing got us the 2 empanads for $5 and a pair of beers for $3/each. Each entree was full price at about 14-17$ depending how you round the change.

There appears to be a full, small, bar just passed the entrance and the environment is clean, 'mood lit' (lights kept low), and has upbeat music playing that varied from some cha-cha-based songs to even a Japanese pop song.

We will be going back and our only regret is not having gone sooner as we've lived around the corner for a couple years. Don't make the same mistake we did!

The decor of the restaurant is beautifully done and decorated throughout with Peruvian and Inca culture pictures and artifacts.

The food itself is delicious especially the chicken, lomo saltado, and classic ceviche.
