My friend and I decided to try out this new poke place as we enjoy having poke in Hawaii whenever we visit. We were not disappointed. The selection is vast and one can make combinations to appeal to anyone's tastes. You choose the portion and and then you pick a base which can be rice(white or brown) or a salad. You get to select the type of fish and seasonings. Lastly, you choose your toppings.

We met the owners who were welcoming and very enthusiastic about their new business. I would definitely recommend trying out this fairly new place. Their location is convenient and parking is an ease.

Yay a poke restaurant that's a little closer to home :)

In my opinion, many of the poke places taste similar. Compared to Pokebar, the quality of the fish might be the same or little better.

As for rice, Pacific poke definitely beats poke bar. I am pretty sure both poke place uses the same rice brand but Pacific Poke does a great job at not making it sticky.

One thing I wish Pacific Poke does different is to have a unique/different sauce. After visiting so many poke places, majority of them carry the same sauce. Poke places in California is booming and to be at the top, I think having a sauce that nobody has can play a huge role. I mean come on, most people in america dont know what makes rice delicious and once the fish is mixed with the sauce, it's pretty difficult to tell the quality of the fish unless the fish is really fucking bad (excuse my language).

Overall, I love pacific poke bar and will definitely come back. You guys should give this place a try! Haha

A great alternative to Poke Bar! They don't skimp here and the portion sizes are great for the price. Fish is super fresh and they have a good selection of toppings. They also have unique ones like Funyuns and Hot Cheetos. Avocado is $1 but they still give you more than Poke Bar does.

The inside is clean and the employees do an awesome job of walking around to make sure that everything is okay.

I've been here twice so far. I took one star off because during one of my visits, the guy preparing my food completely drenched it in spicy mayo. I love spicy food so I didn't really mind it but he poured so much that it completely covered the taste of everything else. Fortunately, everything went well during my other visit so I'm not complaining too much.

This is definitely my new favorite Poke place in the area.

Was in Torrance the other week and wanted something fast but not fattening.

Look on Yelp for something healthy and near by and it led me to Pacific Poke Bar. Good job once again Yelp. I had the Medium bowl which included 3 proteins.

At first I was a little concerned that I should have gone large but the way she was packing it in there I was glad with my choice.

Everything was fresh and they were patient with me while I bickered back and forth with my husband about whether adding hot cheetos crumbs was a good idea or not. I'm so mad he talked me out of it I'm going to get it next time!

I love poke and all things hawaiian so I decided to give Pacific Poke Bar a try since I was in the area. I ordered the small bowl, which came with 2 scoops of protein. I opted for tuna and salmon. Your base options include either white/brown rice or mixed greens; I chose half brown rice and half mixed greens (need to eat carbs sometimes, right?). You continue to work your way down to veggies (cucumber, sweet onion, edamame, beets, etc), sauce and toppings. At the end, there are more dry topping options which include furakake, crushed hot cheetos, garlic/onion chips, wasabi peas and sesame seed.

I was really pleased with their variety of toppings. It made my poke bowl much more savory and interesting to eat. The different texture and flavors all came together to provide a well-seasoned meal. The fish and veggies were fresh and more importantly, their portion size was good. Service was fast and friendly. Plenty of parking.
